AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 17-13-142 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO ISSUE ORDERS AND WARRANTS FOR CERTAIN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO ISSUE A SUBPOENA FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CERTAIN STORED SUBSCRIBER OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION RELEVANT AND MATERIAL TO AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION BY THE INTERNET CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN TASK FORCE. - RATIFIED TITLE
