A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 9-11-28 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A COUNCIL OF A MUNICIPALITY MAY ALLOW A MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE POLICE OFFICERS RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
