AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ENACTING THE "HUNTING HERITAGE PROTECTION ACT" BY ADDING SECTION 50-11-2250 SO AS TO PROHIBIT DECISIONS BY THE DEPARTMENT THAT WOULD RESULT IN ANY NET LOSS OF DEPARTMENT-MANAGED LAND FOR HUNTING. - RATIFIED TITLE
