A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 34-3-105 SO AS TO LIMIT FEES THAT CERTAIN BANKS OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN THIS STATE MAY CHARGE FOR CASH TRANSFERS, DEPOSITS, OR WITHDRAWALS CONDUCTED AT AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES.
