SB 848 - This act repeals a provision of current law prohibiting the establishment of a state-based health benefit exchange under certain circumstances.
This act is identical to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/SCS/HCS/HB 2372 (2026), HB 3136 (2026), HCS/SS/SB 889 (2026), and HCS/SS/SCS/SB 890 (2026).
