SB 1465 - This act authorizes Bollinger County to impose a sales tax at a rate not to exceed 1% for the purpose of providing funding for county facilities including, but not limited to, the operation and maintenance of county facilities.
This act is identical to HB 2140 (2026) and to a provision in HCS/HB 2431 (2026).
